Return & Exchange Policy 退换货政策

Eligibility 退换资格  
- Accepted 可退换:  
  Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.  
  商品需保持未使用、未洗涤、无损坏，且保留原包装及标签。  
- Non-Accepted 不可退换:  
  Accessories, items marked "Final Sale," or customized products.  
  配件、标注“Final Sale”或定制商品**。  

Return Timeframe 退换时限  
- Returns/exchanges must be *postmarked within 14 days* of receiving your final parcel.  
 退换货需在收到最后一件商品后14天内寄出。  

Return Process 退货流程
1. Submit a Request 提交申请:

2. Ship Your Return 寄回商品:  
   - Return Address 退货地址: 根据客服提供的澳大利亚或中国仓库地址寄回。  
   - Shipping Method 物流建议: 使用DHL等可追踪服务，标注包裹为“RETURNED GOODS”以避免海关费用。  
   - Return Cost 运费承担: 退货运费由客户承担，丢失包裹恕不负责。  
3. Refund 退款:  
- Refund Calculation 退款金额计算
Free Shipping Orders 包邮订单
•规则：
包邮订单的退款金额=商品支付金额 - 我方已承担的原始运费。
Refund = Item price paid - Original shipping cost (covered by us).
e.g.,示例：
Item price: $350 | Shipping cost: $20
Refund will be: $330
商品价350美元|运费20美元（我方承担） 实际退款330美元.
•说明：
包邮服务仅限首次发货，退货时运费成本需从退款中扣除。
Free shipping applies to initial delivery only; return deductions reflect actual costs.收到并验收退货后，*3-8个工作日内*原路退款（不包含原运费）。  

Exchange Process 换货流程 
一. Option 1 换货选项一:  
1.Return the original item at your own shipping cost.
退回原商品，运费自理。
2.We will ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
验收退货后寄出替换商品。  
二. Option 2 换货选项二:  
1. Place a new order on our website.
The shipping cost will be waived.
官网重新下单，新订单免运费。
2. We will prioritize processing your new order.
我们将优先处理您的新订单。
Additional Notes 补充说明
• Return Requirements it退换要求:
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
退回商品需未使用、无损坏且保留原包装。
•Shipping Advice 物流建议：
Use DHL for traceable returns. Mark packages as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs fees.

Damaged or Wrong Items 商品损坏或错发 
- Contact us within 48 hours with *order number + photos* of the issue. 
 48小时内提供*订单号+问题照片*，我们将为您妥善解决。 

Order Cancellation 订单取消  
- Orders can be cancelled via email within 1 hour after payment. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be processed.
付款后*1小时内*可邮件申请取消订单，超时恕不处理。  
- After Shipment 发货后：
Cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped.
订单发货后不可取消。

- Taxes & Customs 海关税费：
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international returns/exchanges.

We are not liable for lost return packages. Use traceable shipping services (e.g., DHL).
